do not use smokey to facilitate or plan any activity that violates US or Canadian law
follow discord's terms of service and community guidelines while using the bot
do not use smokey to harass, threaten, or harm other users

enforcement

we reserve the right to restrict or remove access to smokey for any user or server found to be in violation of these terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
